When you use famed.in — whether you browse, place an order, or add money — you automatically agree to these terms. This applies even if you haven't read them fully.

We may update these terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes, it means you accept the new terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally.

You must be at least 18 years old to use famed.in. Minors need a parent or guardian's permission.

famed.in is a social media marketing platform. We offer services like followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, watch hours, and more — for promotional purposes.

These services are designed to increase your visibility online. The accounts delivering these services are promotional in nature — they may not look like real user profiles.

famed.in is an independent platform. We are not connected to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, or any other social media company. We cannot control what those platforms do to your account.

These rules apply to every order. Please read them carefully.

• Your account and post must be public before you place an order. Hidden like/view counts must also be visible.
• Place only one order per link at a time. Wait for the first order to complete before placing another for the same link.
• Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it unless there is a system issue on our end.
• If you make your account private or delete your post after ordering, the order will be cancelled without any refund.
• Money added to your famed.in wallet cannot be transferred back to your bank. It can only be used on this platform.
• Do not use broken or incorrect links. These will result in automatic cancellation.
• Delivery times and service descriptions are estimates. Results can vary — always test with a small order first.

You cannot use famed.in services for any of the following. Doing so will lead to permanent account suspension without refund.

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, threats, or content targeting any community
• Political or religious content that can cause public unrest
• Fake news, misinformation, or scam-related content
• Anything that is illegal under Indian law

If your followers or views drop after delivery, you may be eligible for a refill. Here is how it works.

• Your account is still public and the username has not changed
• The drop is more than 5% of what was delivered
• Your order was at least 20% of your current follower or view count
• You are requesting within the refill period mentioned for that service

• You changed your username or made your account private after ordering
• You also placed the same order from another provider at the same time
• The drop is happening from your older followers that were not part of our order
• You did not order enough — ordering only 5,000 for a 1M account will not be refillable

Money added to your wallet cannot be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are only given back to your famed.in wallet balance.

• If your order shows as Cancelled, it means the amount has already been returned to your wallet.
• Refunds for partial orders happen automatically — you do not need to request them manually.
• If you open a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account will be suspended immediately.
• For any refund questions not resolved automatically, wallet credit is applied within 1 to 3 business days after review.

Delivery times shown are estimates only. Actual delivery can vary based on server load, platform changes, or the type of service you ordered.

We may sometimes adjust the delivery source or method to complete your order. This does not affect the quantity you ordered and is not a reason for refund.

We take account safety seriously. The following actions will lead to permanent account suspension.

• Abusing, threatening, or harassing our support team
• Attempting to cheat the system or manipulate orders
• Opening fake chargebacks or payment disputes
• Creating a new account after being banned

If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact us within 7 days with your username and the reason. We will review it and respond. Our decision on appeals is final.

famed.in operates under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and Consumer Protection Rules 2020.

We are not responsible for account bans, content removal, shadowbanning, demonetization, or any penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services. You use our platform at your own risk.

Do not claim that promoted followers or engagement is organic or real — especially in sponsorships or brand deals. That is your legal responsibility.
